Vollrath 77520 8 Qt stock pot is made from a tri-ply metal for even cooking without hotspots. The stainless rivets on the handles wont come loose. The tri-ply material enables this sauce pot to be used with induction ranges. The stainless interior wont affect the color, taste, or flavor of the food.
