Vollrath 936CG 36" Cayenne Heavy-Duty Radiant / Lava Rock Countertop Charbroiler

The Vollrath 936CG Cayenne Heavy-Duty Charbroiler comes with both radiant and lava rock setup. Featuring a 36" cooking surface, the Vollrath 936CG has two burners totaling 40,000 BTU's per 12" cooking surface. This gives the Vollrath 936CG charbroiler a total of 6 burners and 120,000 BTU's. There are specially designed narrower grease drawers that will fit into almost any commercial dishwasher. The heavy-duty cast iron radiants are reversible with wider grates for fish and more delicate items. The narrower surface is good for steaks and fattier items to dispense excess fat and reduce flare-ups. The cast iron construction of the grates provide even heat distribution and retention. The Vollrath 936CG is shipped set up for natural gas, but also comes with a propane conversion kit. The Vollrath 936CG was built for sustainability and superior performance.
