This countertop model is designed specifically for commercial use of cold or frozen slushes and milk-based drinks, such as iced or frozen coffees, granitas, frozen cocktails, smoothies and more. It takes about 1 hour to go from lukewarm ingredients to frozen. The VCBA118-37 will chill, freeze and serve cold and frozen beverages- and if desired alcohol can be added directly to the hopper.
