The Winco ASP-5 sauce pan has a capacity of 5 1/2 qts. This sauce pan is produced from 3mm re-enforced aluminum and can withstand the constant demands of a commercial kitchen. Each Winco ASP-5 pan has a handle rivited in three places to prevent any loostening of the handle in the future. The ASP-5 makes a great addition to any commercial or even residential kitchen.
