    Commercial three compartment sinks are a versatile stable in the food service and other industries. Behind the bar, 3 compartment sinks can be used with a spinning brush type glass washer. In restaurants where disposable dishes are used resulting in less excess of items to clean, these sinks may be used in lieu of a dish machine. One compartment holds hot water and detergent, the next a rinse sink where items can be rinsed or submerged in hot water. The third sink is used for sanitizing, holding water containing a sanitizing agent. A drain lever that sits below the sinks is a popular option for 3 compartment sinks. Operated by hand, foot or knee, this lever replaces the need for your staff reach down through dirty water to pull the drain plug in order to empty.
